I recently stayed at Eaton Residence in Kuala Lumpur for a few nights and it was fantastic. The self check-in and checkout process was convenient, and the assistant who showed us the room was friendly. They even accepted different currencies for payment. The free room upgrade was a pleasant surprise, and the apartment itself was well-maintained, equipped, and cleaned. The location was convenient with a walkable distance to the MRT station and the amazing view of the Petronas Tower from the hotel rooms and the infinity pool on the 51st floor made it worth every penny.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Eaton Residence Klcc. the self check-in and checkout process was convenient and easy. the apartment was well maintained, equipped, and exceptionally clean. the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room cool in the hot weather. the view from our room and the infinity pool was breathtaking, with a clear view of the iconic Petronas Tower. the location was great, within walking distance to the MRT station and only a 2km distance from the tower. the customer service was exceptional, with prompt assistance through WhatsApp. we were impressed and highly recommend this property. Cons: Not one complaint! 😊.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The check-in process was a breeze, with a self check-in and checkout system. The assistant showed me to my room and they even provided me with a free upgrade. The apartment itself was well maintained, equipped, and cleaned, offering modern amenities. The location was convenient, with a walkable distance to the MRT station and just around 2km from a major landmark. The view from the hotel room was amazing, with a stunning view of a famous tower. The infinity pool was also well maintained and offered a breathtaking view of the tower. this hotel was worth every penny.
Couldn't fault.
